Vendor Booth Incentives

If you are interested in jurying in, here is some helpful information as well as our application and costs.

Vendor Booth Sizes and Costs:

The Red Barn is a pre-1840's Yankee Barn. As such the spaces are not uniform. We try to accommodate what a roughly 10x10 space will allow to fit in!
Tent spaces - 10x10 - 135.00
Barn Spaces - varied -160.00
Stand Alone Food Vendors -110.00
Electricity in tent / or stand alone - 10.00
Vendors may purchase more than one space to allow for a larger area, but availability is limited.

DEADLINE:  Final booth fees are due:  May 1, 2017.

Jurying Process:

Our objective is to select vendors whose merchandise will sell well at our Markets, and whose merchandise will fit well with the overall theme of Mack's. Words like vintage, antique, salvaged, retro, industrial, repurposed, and architectural are echoed as descriptors. Also, artisan made, fresh modern, and upscale. We strive to support small, independent businesses. So you will find unique boutiques and popup trucks making an appearance.
In order to continue offering a high level of merchandise geared to Mack's style, some merchandise is not selected for our Markets. We are not a craft show or a flea market - there are other excellent opportunities in our area for those shows. Please note that we try to limit the specific type of similar items to help insure a successful market to those vendors participating.  In our effort to keep Mack's a unique and varied show, we strive to add new artisans and vendors who have not participated in previous years.

The Application Process:

We believe Mack's will continue to be successful because of the quality and variety of merchandise lines offered here. We place high value on the beautiful/unique/eye-catching way merchandise is displayed. It is that important to us. We will remain selectively picky as a commitment to our show and our other vendors. Our application is below.
Please give us sharp pictures including your displays. We will review your paperwork and images and you will hear from us within 30 days.
Please do not be offended if we don't select your merchandise for Mack's. Sometimes it is just a case of already having several booths with similar merchandise. A good mix is important to the show and important for vendors to have success, we feel.  Our customers are always on the lookout for new, so we will continue to add new vendors when we can.
If we invite you to the show, we will provide you with the necessary contracts and details. Please return the paperwork and fees by the due date, and we will look forward to seeing you at Mack's!



Mack’s New Market is a 2 day juried show. Vendors are selected by style and presentation of their goods. We are seeking vendors who have their finger on the pulse of what is trending and happening in the vintage/handmade market.
Experience is not required – we are here to help.
A willingness to learn and a friendly attitude takes you a long way!
We encourage creative and beautiful displays, high quality goods, and unique one of a kinds. All applicants are welcome. Market items are subject to approval. If you haven’t participated in other shows, don’t let that stop you from applying - we’d like to be the one that discovered you and this is a New Market! Remember you must have enough inventory for a 2 day show.

Sale Dates:

The next Mack's Merry Market Sale is November 10, 2017 from 5-8 pm Early Buying Shopping Night, and Saturday,November 11, 2017 from 9-4 pm. Tickets are $10.00 for Early Buying Friday presale, 15.00 at the door for Friday night and free return on Saturday, and Saturday, $5.00.  Children under 12 are free.

Booth space and Rental Fees:

Booth fees are listed above per space. Booth fees are non-refundable.
***The People Choice Booth award will be given to one winner along with a cash prize of $50.00

This is a juried event - All vendors are subject to Application Selection Committee approval. Booth fees to those selected are NON refundable.
Jury decisions will be made in a 2-3 week window from receiving your application(s). You will be notified by email within 1 month of jurying.
